Justice work is soul work.

While strategies, policies and good intentions play their part, true change calls for something deeper.

Systems of oppression aren’t just ‘out there’ - they live in every layer of our being, from the implicit beliefs that we unconsciously uphold, to the painful histories that shape the present.

The work of liberation requires us to dig deep - personally and collectively - to connect with the will of our deepest spirit, the audacity of our wildest dreams and the enduring support of our closest allies.

Soulwork & Co. supports those who are ready for this work: organisations, leaders and activists who want to embody a just future here and now.

Through our projects, resources and spaces, we support change-makers to unlearn, to re-imagine and to practise new ways of being.

    Justice work is soul work. We don’t do tick-box trainings and we don’t shy away from the history, politics and hard truths of inequality. We do create thoughtful, caring spaces that support all learners to move through the discomfort of looking oppression in the eye and imagining a world transformed.

    We aim to help learners embody social justice not just in their beliefs and knowledge, but in their spirit, community and wider systems.
